Our
Webinars
Our webinars are designed to provide valuable support and guidance on important life topics. The Single Mother Support Group webinar offers a compassionate space for single mothers to connect, share challenges, and gain practical tools for managing their unique journey. In our Employment Discrimination webinar, participants will learn about their rights in the workplace and gain the confidence to address and navigate employment challenges. The Self-Directed Care webinar empowers individuals to take control of their health by providing essential knowledge and resources for managing their own care, promoting independence, and enhancing overall well-being. Each session is designed to equip participants with the tools and insights needed to move forward with confidence and empowerment.
Single Mother Support Group
Our Single Mothers’ Support Group meets every Wednesday at 6pm, offering a safe and welcoming space for women to connect. This group is designed to be a non-judgmental environment where mothers can openly share their stories, challenges, and victories. Together, we provide encouragement, practical advice, and emotional support to help each other thrive. Whether you’re looking for community, understanding, or simply a place to exhale, this group is here for you.

Employment Discrimination Coaching
Our Employment Discrimination Support & Awareness Group meets every first Monday of the month at 8pm. This gathering creates a respectful and confidential space for individuals to discuss workplace discrimination, share personal experiences, and learn about resources available to them. The group focuses on empowerment, education, and strategies for navigating unfair treatment in professional settings.

Self-Directed Care
Self-Directed Care Workshop is a free online session held every Tuesday at 8pm for Washington State residents. This workshop helps individuals understand how to take control of their care services, make informed choices, and navigate available resources. It’s a supportive space to learn practical tools for managing your own care while building confidence and independence.
